Controls don't show up in UCP

I have begun playing with the new UCP in FreePBX with the hopes of discontinuing the old user portal. I have run into an issue. In the new UCP I can not see the controls to listen to or download call recordings. I can see these as normal in the old user panel. Any idea why they aren’t showing up in the new UCP?

The system is saying there are no recordings.

What format do you record in?

The calls are recorded in .wav format
