Is it possible to have specific system messages assigned to specific extensions? To elaborate I’ve received this request.
When a user at a particular extension forwards a voice mail message to another extension, the user would like to hear either the target extension number or the name associated with that extension in order to verify that the forwarded voice mail is going to the correct extension. They would also like the system voice mail response to say “Message forwarded” instead of “Message Saved”.
Granted I’m a relative newbie to FreePBX, but I’ve been scratching my head on this one. I’m not even certain that this behavior is even supported on a per extension basis…
Any clues out there?
