Control outbound calls on FreePBX 2.11

Hi All,

Im new to freepbx and need to know how can i control outbound calls like allow IDD,GSM and fixed calls for only specific extensions?

can i use extension_custom.conf files to control calls using CLI mode like asterisk?

you can go to outbound routing.

I have create different outbound route ex- calls to national, calls to IDD but how can i assign those outbound route to specific extension,
