My client has a list of contacts that they use and I have uploaded them to the Contact Manager as an External group. they are showing up great in the App. However when they dial them the CallerID just shows the number.
What they need is the ability to have the name stay there. Reason is because they append their vendors account number to the name and when they call the vendor they can read their account number off of the phone. They have done this for 10 years and now they are lost without it. Is there a way I can get this to work and have the contact name/display name show on the screen?
