Using the phone apps contact module.
Is it possible to not show the presence status of the person when bringing up the contacts on a phone?
People can get confused by John Meier (away) or Mary Jones (not_set).
No it will always show their presence. It’s one of the features it provides. No way for you to change that.
Consider changing that feature to optional.
Some of my users think that the presence status in parenthesis has something to do with the phone being online/offline and when they see “away” status they don’t call at all.
Suggest like always to open a feature request.
