In Cotact Manager, I created 2 groups. A Contact Manager group and an external group. I’m using Mitel 6867i sets. My “Contacts” button shows both groups. The User Manager group shows all the names correctly. However, the external group shows “Entry 47”, “Entry 49” and “Entry 50”. How do I get that group to show the Display Name?
