Contact IP keeps reverting to old IP

Hi, a few months ago our static external IP changed. I updated the external network in the NAT settings. Sipstation registered and everything was good to go. Now about every few weeks or so the Contact IP reverts back to the old IP and the system goes down. It only happens on the Primary server settings, not the Secondary one. All I have to do is reload the FreePBX and it fixes itself temporarily for a week or so, then do it again.

I have read all the other topics on Contact and Network IP mismatching but none is helping me so far. I have no clue what else to look for here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
