Consultant FreePBX Expert

I run a twenty person call center in Puerto Rico. Our tech guy created a complicated FreePBX setup to link all of our offices together, which have approximately 100 users. I would like to hire an expert and/or consultant to help me audit and reconfigure the system to provide accurate reports, which it currently does not do. I am using QueueMetrics for reporting. Please let me know where I can get knowledgeable help.
