Considerable % of basic config backup space is the zulu directory which I dont use. Can I remove the www/../zulu dir?

I first had Zulu disabled and it made no difference, it includes the /var/www/html/admin/modules/zulu/ dir in the backup anyway. I then removed the zulu installation and few others taking up backup space, but this gave me errors…though they do show up as “Not Installed” in the module admin.

So my question…is it safe to remove the
/var/www/html/admin/modules/zulu/
directory form the system?

thank you.
