ConnectWise Manage Integration

Hello,
We recently onboarded with Manage and are using FreePBX. I couldn’t really find anywhere which explicitly explained this for Manage (tried the Wiki), but what does the CRM module actually do?

Does it create activities for incoming/outgoing calls, are there lookups for incoming calls etc?

Any info would be much appreciated.
