Connecting to xx.x.x.xx/cgi-bin/ringgroup

Hi All,

Our VOIP admin has recently left us in the lurch and I have being trying to keep things going without knowing too much.

I am trying to connect to our call log interface at http://xx.x.x.xx/callmonitor and our ringgroup manager at http://xx.x.x.xx/cgi-bin/ringgroup but have been unable as it wont accept the login. This login worked up until last week so I’m not sure why it has suddenly stopped. Could someone give any advise on how users would be set up to access these interfaces.

Those don’t look like FreePBX links to me. What kind of system: is it? Can you still login to the shell ?
