Connecting SNOM 710 to VPS

Hello,

I am trying to connect two SNOM 710 phones to my VPS. I have EndPoint Manager installed and have created a template for the phones assigning the keys to lines and parking lots, and I have created two extensions 101 and 102 and input the MAC addresses for the phones, I however cannot use the Network Scan feature since this is a VPS.

I have opened the phones web interfaces and updated to the latest SNOM firmware however on the phones it is asking to login to the account and I cannot figure out how to point them to the FreePBX VPS that I have.

I have checked the wiki for EndPoint Manager as well as tried googling the problem and I cannot seem to figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I have added the firmware slot for the SNOM 710 and set the phone to tftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx for my VPS, the phone now provisioned from the server but it is not getting a REGISTER from the server I believe I am having some NAT issues.

It appears that the phone is trying to retain my internal class c address which I believe is causing the problem. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? The phone is behind an Ubiquiti Edgerouter.
