Connected line update to ...... prevented

So when external calls come in receptionist phone would start ringing then stop (withing split seconds), and to answer the call she would have to have the perfect timing when triggering the answer button. If she does trigger it at the wrong time the call would not be answered then it would show the call disconnected then it would ring again (as stated earlier).

When i check the verbose logs i see

VERBOSE[31101][C-00000fd2] app_dial.c: Connected line update to SIP/221-00002410 prevented.

The log line provided is not the source of the issue, it is common. Provide a full call trace:
