Confirm calls on ringroups

Hi everyone,

I have the following situation.

  1. Intercom (Extension) calls a Misc Application.
  2. The Misc Application check the Time Conditions
  3. It either rings Ring group 1 for Internal or 2 for External.
    4a. Pickup on local VoIP phone you have to press 1 to accept, but it always goes to “call is no longer available”
    4b Pickup on External (mobile phone) It happens sometimes but not all the time. We are able to pick it up.

With Confirm Calls disabled either endpoint can make a call just fine.

We are running:
FreePBX 15.0.23
System Version: 12.7.8-2011-5.sng7
Asterisk Version: 16.13.0
Ringroup Module Version: 15.0.11.16

I am looking on tips or reason this issue might be happening. I am quite lost myself with it.
