Configuring SMTP

I have sysadmin pro and am attempting to configure the mail server I get the following error in debug when trying to send a test email:

So is the issue with a password or that it can’t reach the server? Or something else? As I get both authentication unsuccessful and network is unreachable

The IPv6 address is unreachable (your PBX or something in your network or ISP is disabling or does not support IPv6), but when it successfully contacts smtp.office365.com using IPv4, the server rejects your credentials (wrong format, wrong password, etc.)

I tested with my gmail account and the settings worked, so I’m waiting for verification on the office365 login
