Configuring Cisco CP-8941

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to configure the Cisco CP-8941. Its been converted to SIP894x.9-2-2-0.

I have received only the below settings from my SIP Provider:

I am unable to make/recieve any calls.
I have tried using multiple SEP files,etc. I have just not been able to get this to work

I have tried using WireShark to figure out what’s going on but its stuck at INVITE.

Anyone here who could help me out.
