Configure TDM400P card in freepbx interface

Howdy people,
I’m kinda new to the VOIP technology, so please be gently!

I have asterisk and FreePBX installed and running.
I have a 4port FXO card, that I don’t have a clue how to make it work here.
It is loaded on kernel and so:
On the interface, how to make work, and assign the ports of the card to a SIP extension?

Thanks in advanced,
Jorge Bastos,

Sorry for taking so long to answer, must of missed your original posting. I have a website that shows how to Create a dahdi pots trunk (FXO)

You can make 4 separate channels or use them as a group where outgoing calls use the first available channel.
