I’m trying to get my s500 phones to receive their configuration with the responsive firewall enabled. I’m trying to use the Sangoma Zero Touch Configuration.
You need to open the provisioning protocol to the outside world that you are using. Responsive can’t work until the phone tries to register.
I recommend using HTTP or HTTPs and enable it with authentication inside sysadmin module for security reasons.
Ok so by default is this port 83 or 84? Do I enter the authentication username and password on the phones?
No clue what port your PBX is using. It’s defined in sysadmin module under port management.
