Config Queue

Hello,

I would like to make that in the queue configuration :

When someone call that make ringing every phones (4-5 times) in the queue if no one answer or is available, the customer hear the annoucement, after 30seconds every phones ring again, etc …

You can do this two ways.

  1. Under Queue settings > Caller Announcements you can set an IVR Breakout Menu.
  2. You can point the failover destination to an announcement or IVR and set failover back to the queue
