Conferences droping callers

Running Freepbx Conference user complaining of being hung up at around 2 hours. I have talked to SIP provider and they have no limitation and timeout is set to 6 hours (default value). Any help would be appreciated. Somewhat hard to troubleshoot because the lenght.

I’ve had 3+ hour conference calls active. Nothing should drop it unless you have a max setting some place.

You need to look at the log from the time the calls drop and see why Asterisk says things disconnected.
