Hello all,
I have a question regarding conference lines. We currently have one conference setup in the conference module with a pin number, and serves as the destination for our external conference number (DID) in inbound routes. I’ve been tasked to add a new employee to that same external number but with a different pin number and I’m not sure how to do so or if it’s even possible. I am only able to set one destination (conference pin) for the conference did.
The original conference setup that I am attempting to work with was not set up by me, but it looks to be set up exactly in the way this video is showing
