Conference Room Extension # not accessible for external callers

FreePBX 15.0.23.11
Have IVR where outside user can dial an extension (if it is listed in the directory) fine.
Have four conference bridge numbers defined 100 - 103.
Internally we can dial into these bridge numbers fine.
Since the conference rooms are not real extensions, how do I allow dialing these numbers from external?
Currently the system does not recognize the input and just repeats the question.

Define the destinations manually to got to each conf room in the IVR config.
