Anytime I require a PIN on a conference room call, I get the message “That PIN is invalid for this conference” three times in a row and the call ends. This happens regardless of whether any digits are dialed. I can create conference rooms that work without PINs without issue. Any suggestions?
This appears to be a bug of some sort as the log shows

However, the referenced file appears in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en in the correct formats.
