I have set up a conference with the number “800”. From the outside I can enter the conference correctly.
If I call the 800 number from the inside, all extensions registered in the company answer automatically. Can you help me? What could be the problem?
Do you have a paging group also set to 800?
mmh no, i tried with 801 and 802 and works perfectly
What do the call logs show when you dial 800 internally then.
