How many extensions can I add to a conference call?

You mean channels. An extension could support multiple channels.

I don’t believe there is any hard limit.

Like if iam in a conference call with 2 me extention, and want to add more extention to this conference, how many more extention pbx allow me to add… 3,4,…10 ?
