Conference Call Setup

Hi All,

My requirement is, I have to include one off my new team members in my Outgoing call to train him when I am talking to my customers. I just want him to listen to my calls. I am using Asterisk 1.8 and FreePbx 2.9. Can I use Conference Option for my requirement if so how do I need to setup. Please guide me.

Do you want to specifically use the Conf Call function or just have him listen to the call?
