Conference Bridge Module with Asterisk 13 SIP Trunks -- # issue

Am I the only admin experiencing the issue with the dtmf tone # and the conference bridge pro module? I currently have installed 3 new FreePBX 14 with Asterisk 13.X, one of them being the confbridge server. Every time a call comes in through the Asterisk 13.X sip trunk the conference bridge menu bypasses the admin pin option when the user enters their 4 digit conference bridge along with the #. I have even purchased support hours to help troubleshoot. I have spent about 20+ hours researching this issue.

This # issue is persistent in Asterisk 13 and 15 versions. I still have a bunch of Asterisk 1.8 servers that does not experience this issue at all when entering their #. The caller is presented with the option to put in their admin pin.

Any informative advice is welcomed. Thank you.
