Hello there.
We are running the appliance version of FreePBX and have been running well for almost 4 years now. We’re trying to set up a ring group (or FMFM) to ring 17 numbers (mostly external) and are running into a problem with the concurrent call limit being reached.
PBX Version: 16.0.30
PBX Distro: 12.7.8.2208-2.sng7
Asterisk version: 19.4.1
In both a ring group and FMFM configuration with an extension the outbound limit is 6, which appears to be the default in the system. If we reduce the number of outbound numbers to 6 or less both solutions work. Otherwise we get the concurrency message. Here’s a log of the 4141 ring group

We’ve set the concurrency limit in advanced settings to 0 (zero) which should disable it. Our FMFM is an extension with its concurrency limit set to 20 and it still fails with anything over 6. I feel like we may be missing something obvious. We have no custom files in our installation and everything is managed from the GUI. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
