Conceal both CallerID number and name on internal calls

How do I conceal both CallerID number and name on an internal call?
It should show anonymous or something like that.

You can’t in FreePBX it will always send the extension and extension name.

Maybe something you would be willing to add at some point?

Could you set up a ‘dummy’ extension such as ‘1111 - Anonymous’ and then set ‘CID Num Alias’ of all the other extensions to 1111? Not 100% sure that this would achieve what you’re looking for but I have used the alias feature in the past to get all support desk agents calling out on the same internal extension number rather than from their direct extensions.

Yes, I guess that I will have to do something like this. It’s awkward, but there is no other way.
