Community not working with Chrome

For me, community not working with Chrome. Can’t do New Topic or Replies. “Create a new Topic” shows up in single grey bar at bottom of screen.

reset chrome settings->advanced settings->reset

The problem has returned. Is this a Chrome problem or a site problem?

Neither. It’s a plugin that you’re adding to chrome. Reset chrome (again) and go through your addins until you figure out which one is breaking your chrome. Then don’t use it.
