In what ways and how users can communicate with each other with out internet using freepbx?
SOME softphones require Internet. Some do not.
It is possible to set up a FreePBX system that can, once up and running, can be carried inside your secure enclave and used without Internet.
The phones only need to be able to access the local network. FreePBX only needs Internet for updates and/or outside calling.
