Hi all,
In System Admin - Activation, I have a commercial module that says (Updates and support until 2025-09-18). I have received a renewal reminder message.
If I renew today 2025-07-15, when will updates and support end?
I mean will updates and support end 2026-07-15 (one year from renewal date) or 2026-09-18 (one year from original purchase date)?
Hi @jakthree
If your module shows “Updates and support until 2025-09-18” and you renew it today, the new expiry date will be set to one year from the current expiry, which is 2026-09-18.
Santhosh M,
That answers the question about when the updates and support would expire.
I want to know what the renewal price is of the EndPoint Manager module.
I purchased the 25-year EndPoint Manager 2024-09-18. (Updates and support until 2025-09-18)
Today is 2025-07-16.
The Sangoma store lists EndPoint Manager pricing at,
$99 for a 1 year license
$199 for a 25 year license
Which of these prices is the MSRP of the EndPoint Manager module?
If neither, then what is the current MSRP of the EndPoint Manager module?
The prices you’ve listed are the correct MSRP. In terms of the renewal price, anything over $100 has an 18% renewal fee. In this case, the renewal is around $36 USD.
The supplied link is where I got my 18%, 33% information. The document is not clear on which price (1-year or 25-year) is the current MSRP to use. I understand that if I purchased the 25-year license then MSRP to calculate renewal is the 25-year price. If I purchased the 1-year license then MSRP to calculate renewal is the 1-year price.
Do I understand correctly?
I originally purchased the Starter Bundle 25-year. Please confirm that there is not a Starter Bundle renewal selection and that each individual module has to be renewed separately at the 25-year MSRP price.
Is that correct?
The 1 year doesn’t need maintenance renewal. You simply renew the license every year and it includes 12 months of software updates.
25 year modules’ annual maintenance renew individually, there is no single price despite purchasing them initially as a bundle. You’ll need to refer to each module’s MSRP.
