Commercial EPM and Clearing settings

I’m running Version 12 with commercial EPM and Yealink T41P phones. I added a value for one of the Action URL’s in the base file, but realized that was the wrong config to set. When I remove the config, or change the value to blank on in the basefile it does not update on the phone after rebuilding and rebooting.

Is there any way to clear out this value through EPM?
