Code that can be edited from freepbx to link with softphone

Dear Developer;
I want to monitor caller ID names by communicating with SIP messages, User Agent Client and asterisk to validate caller id. Is there any source code that is editable to register and monitor the call?

What do you mean with ‘validate’? Do you know the inbuilt CDR?

This needs a lot more detail. I am guessing english is not your primary language so it may even work out to put details in whichever language you are most comfortable at run it through google translate. The translation may be poor but will probably get the gist across.
