I’m new to FreePBX. I have been running FreePBX 17 with Asterisk 20. My objective is to submit records (phone + contact name) from an external CRM to the Contact Manager, enabling them to call (whitelist them).
I found the module cmadd created by @lgaetz. My question is how to install the module and how to call it from the CRM to push the records. This will complete the first part. Later, I will need to do the whitelist process, which I read is possible from the GUI.
To install the module go to
“Admin” → “Module Admin”
and then follow the Module Admin Guide
I couldn’t find cmadd in the default module list, thus I suspect you have to provide the source files manually, see Uploading Third-Party Modules
As for the actual use: rtfm 
Edit: I have a physician as a client and relying on the CRM sounds interesting for his use case. Fell fre to start a thread and send me the link to it.
Resolved.
Because the company has the XAct Broadcast module, we can load contact records via an FTP connection from a CSV file.
