I am trying to integrate my FreePBX system with outlook. we are running the latest outlook programme and on windows 10.
The idea is that the user gets a popup notification with the caller ID when they receive a call, and also that they are able to make calls by clicking on the contact card. when the click to make a call, the call should be made on the ip phone on the users desk.
i have tried outcall, however it does not seem to work, and does not like 64 bit systems.
any advice or suggestions in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
