i am attempting to decode the output of the cli queue show xxx command. i have managed to determine the meaning of everything except the stuff in parenthesis after the ring strategy. it shows a hold time in seconds and a talk time in seconds. are these values from the last call or are they averages since the queue stats were last reset? so in the example below it shows 6s hold time and 368 talk time. as these averages since the queue stats were reset?
