CLI Command for DND for an Extension

Hi all,

I have a requirement where I want to make an extension busy/off-hook using Asterisk Manager. is there any way to do so from CLI command? This way I can use AsterNET to send a command at run time to server for achieving this in my .NET application.

Is it possible to make an analog channel off-hook as well using Asterisk Manager?
