Class 'Whoops\Util\TemplateHelper' not found

Hi

I upgraded my fpbx to the new 13.0.84 and after the upgrade when i try to enter user management i recieve this page

I tried fallowing the other posts with no success.
Pls help

I removed some commercial modules and it is now working
