Cisco SPA525g2 Not Provisioning with EPM

I am very New to Freepbx and really have limited knowledge of Asterisk.

I am having trouble provisioning and updating the provisioning on several SPA525.

I was able to provision one phone but now cant update the provisioning. All the other Cisco phones will not provision ether.

My Yealink phones provision and update just fine.

I did update the firmware to 7.6.2 on the SPA phone not sure if that is an issue.

Any guidance on this would be great!

Freepbx 13.0.167
EPM 13.0.77

i have some vague recollection that the cisco spa phones use http for provisioning. yealink has multiple options. are you sure you have your system properly configured for http provisioning?

The Yealink phones provision just fine. But using tftp. I was trying to provision the spa with tftp. EPM only gives me the option of tftp or http i will try http with this privisioning link http://x.x.x.x/spa$MA.xml.

Do you know what username EPM configures the Cisco phones to use after Provisioning. I got the user and admin passwords from the global settings but i cant get into the web gui on the one cisco phone that is provisioned

  1. the user name on the cisco phones is admin.
  2. when you tried tftp did you see the phone attempting to pull its config from the pbx? (/var/log/messages). you might want to increase the verbosity of the tftp server to give you a better idea of what is not loading.
  3. if you switch to http, make sure you have things set up correctly.

So when i try to updated the Cisco SPA525 provisioning this what i get
