Cisco SPA504G

Hi there. I have a hosted FreePBX install. I have 2 questions.

I’m using the OSS Endpoint Manager. I use it with a couple of other types of phones and it works fine. The Cisco is getting the configuration. I’m getting a dial tone. However, if I hit any number at all, I get what sounds like a busy signal and the phone says Invalid Number.

I’m guessing this has something to do with the dial plan, based on a similar experience with a Grandstream phone. Here is the current dial plan:

( [23456789]11 | *xxx. | <:1352>[2-9]xxxxxx | <:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | 1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | 011xxxxxxx. | [#*x][*x][*x]. )

Any suggestions?

The other question I have is, how can I manually configure the phone to point to the TFTP server? The phone gets the configuration when I have option 66 setup on the DHCP server. However, I have a couple of devices I have to setup outside of our network and I don’t have access to the DHCP server. How can I manually point the phone to the configuration files on the hosted server?

I appreciate the help.
