Cisco 7961G sending multiple m= in the OK

Hi Folks,

I have a CIsco 7961G and for some reason, when it sends an 200 OK back, it sends no IP address in the m=video portion (see below). So in the 200 OK, I am recieving multiple m= , where the first m= is for audio and the second one is for video. When the FreePBX distro sees the second context with no IP address, it uses that and assumes that there is one way audio. Any idea on how to force freepbx to ignore the second m=video or the second context.
