Cisco 6941 won't register with RasPBX

Hi all,

I have a CP 6941 that i’m trying to register to a raspbx system. The phone is running SIP 9.2.1.0.

I have attached my SEP(mac).cnf.xml file.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Callum

You haven’t provided any logging from Asterisk, or said whether you are using the current (chan_pjsip) or deprecated (chan_sip) channel driver.

See https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/SUP/Providing+Great+Debug for what you should be providing.

Especially given the general view is that Cisco phones are best used with CUCM and their proprietary protocol, relatively few people will be able to trawl through large Cisco configuration files. The lack of any indication of the failure mode means it is difficult to know what to look for, as well as their unfamiliarity.

The locale seems strange, given you are using a UK based time server sub-set, and your name doesn’t look to be Russian, but that is not relevant to your problem.
