Cisco 6941 Crash/Freeze issue

Hi all,

Does anyone else use Cisco 6941 phones? We have quite a lot of them and we are having intermittent issues where they will stop responding via SIP or will freeze entirely. When they stop responding, we see the following in the console log:

0x9564c880 (tBrowser): memPartAlloc: block too big 79370 bytes (0x10 aligned) in partitio 0x94e68cc0

We end up having to reboot phones every day, but there are always more offline.

We’re on FPBX version, Asterisk version 13.22. My next plan is to try downgrading to 13.18. We’re also one version of SIP firmware behind (SIP69xx.9-4-1-3SR2 instead of SR3), so I’m also upgrading that.

Other than that, I don’t really know where to go from here. Any ideas would be appreciated.
