CID with openCNAM cache not working

Agreed, though in my case the provider sent good names with some calls and I was unable to get Superfecta to distinguish them.

In the OP’s case, can you see why

failed to properly set the DB entry?

Moving to CID superfecta seems logical.

Does anyone know where the cache is stored and if items found in Asterisk Phonebook
will be added to the Superfecta Cache?

It is a table in the MySQL database.

Whatever lookup is determined to be the result will be stored in the cache.

How that lookup works will obviously depend on how you setup Superfecta.
