CID Lookup lost when transfering calls

I currently have a caller ID Lookup set on the inbound route which is working perfectly.

The issue is when a call then gets transfered to another extension it looses the Caller ID Name so it only shows the number.

Is there a way i can tell it to Perform the Lookup again or not change the name?

Using version FreePBX 2.5.1.0

How are you transferring the call? If you are hitting the transfer button on your IP phone or softphone, that answers your question. If you are using ## to transfer the call, then this is something that someone else should answer.
