CID info intermitantly shows private or CID number but not CID name

I have not had my CID working so, tried making some changes to the APPLICATIONS > SETCALLERID and set the second entry line CalleridName to ${CALLERID(AcmeServices)} and CallerIDNumber to ${CALLERID(6047875555)}

I did a call test and see “private” on the incoming POTS line. What perhaps am I doing wrong?

Update,
I made another test, and see my CID number, but not the CID name. We do get CID names on the house phone, so like to know what exactly I missed to not have this info passed to my vitelity account.
