Hello.
our supervisor needs to listen the calls from his phone and he want to inform or guide the agent but he don’t want to aware the caller
I tried below:
Agent answers the incoming call from Customer B…
and as soon as our supervisor press 555 (ChanSpy) to listen and wants to guide the agent but don’t to aware the caller
but it does not work
could any body please help?
