Whats the difference between these 2

Public IP
Static IP

If your PBX is directly on a public IP address, typical of most VPS providers, possible on an on-site installation if your organization has a block of public IPs, choose Public IP.

If your PBX is behind a NAT router and the router has a static public IP on its WAN interface, typical of Amazon EC2, Google GCP and most on-site installations, choose Static IP.

If you are not sure, at a shell prompt type

ifconfig

and if the inet value shown for the Ethernet interface is 10.x.x.x, 192.168.x.x, or 172.16-31.x.x, your PBX is behind a NAT.
