This is probably a stupid problem, but I’m definitely no expert with Asterisk. I have setup a ring group with a few phones, and I can receive and make phone calls without issue.
The problem is that when I receive a phone call, answer and hang up on one of the extensions the channel is not closed. The extension sends a 486 Busy here but asterisk seemingly does not interpret this as a reason to hangup. How do I configure this?
